Returns

Does one or more of the ordered items not meet your expectations? Then you can indicate this in writing within 14 days. Use our contact form for this. Social media is not a customer service medium. After you have reported the product return, you have 14 days to return the product.

Conditions for return are that the items are returned unused, undamaged and complete in the original packaging with an invoice or packing slip. Please note: not all items can be returned.

We do not accept returns of opened product bags for hygiene reasons. If the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned. Please inspect your toy before breaking the seal. You can return the item if the bag is not opened.

Returns are made at the buyer’s responsibility. Pack the items well so that they arrive to us in their original and undamaged condition even after shipment. In case of damage or loss of the return shipment, it will not be reimbursed by us.

For large amounts, it is therefore wise to send the items registered and possibly insured. The costs for sending a returned order are for your own account. We advise you to return the items with a Track & Trace code, so that the package can always be traced. We cannot reimburse returns that are not received by us!

Products with opened seal bags

What if the return shipment does not meet the return requirements?

Only returned items that do not fall under “Non-returnable items” and that are in their original condition and packaging will be reimbursed. If the items are damaged and/or incomplete, they will not be reimbursed or not fully reimbursed by us. If this is demonstrably the case, Big Bad Boner is entitled to set off the damage against the amount to be compensated. This damage must have occurred during transport or because the buyer has done more with the product than is necessary to assess it.

How is a return shipment reimbursed?

  1. Refund on account: Within 14 days after receipt of return, the amount to be received from the shipment will be transferred to your bank account. For a smoother processing, we advise you to clearly state your bank account number (IBAN) and the name of the account holder with the return.
  2. Refund via an order credit: Within 5 working days after receipt of the return you will receive an email with an order credit for the amount of the order (excluding shipping costs). Send us an email if you want to use the order credit.
  3. Exchange: If you prefer to exchange your received products for other products, this is also an option.

How does the communication work?

To avoid misunderstandings and disputes, all communication regarding returns and complaints by email only. Telephone responses are not valid. Responses and communication is only valid in original email conversation with conversation history and subject with relevant order number.
